Educational Entities: School districts, colleges, universities, private & parochial, and academies may access all award categories if they have membership in the Region VII Purchasing Cooperative. membership (to date) stands at 116 educational entities. If you are an educational entity, you may click on the above membership button to learn how to become a member of the Region VII Purchasing Cooperative.

Vendor Notice: You may fax or mail this 'Category Request Form' as means of receiving notification of upcoming bids that you want to participate in; however, this form is not a bid and will not give your company an award status. It is simply a request to recieve advanced notice of categories as they come up for bid. In order to go through a bid process (you must adhere to the 'Vendor Instructions'* listed below).
If you believe you qualify as a sole source vendor, you may click
on Sole Source Declaration Form to process the Sole Source form and then mail
